Ten days before the date of Romania's admittance in the European Union, Brand Academy and
Realitatea TV welcomed an exceptional personality, His Excellency, Dr. Helmut Kohl, Former Chancellor of Germany, the man who helped the
reunification of his country and, ultimately, the reunification of Europe.
Helmut Kohl is one of the leaders who contributed decisively to the founding of
"New Europe", the fall of the Iron Curtain, and the opening of the EU towards the ex-communist countries. As Romanians, we consider that our
lives had been tremendously influenced by Dr. Kohl’s work and beliefs in an united Europe.
December 20, 2006. The day Helmut Kohl joined us, was also the day Realitatea TV, our partner,
announced the 10 most appreciated Romanian personalities at "Zece pentru Romania" Gala.
